We use essential cookies and browser storage for authentication, secure session refresh, CSRF-safe login flows, workspace continuity, and checkout. If you connect an AI provider, its key is encrypted in an HttpOnly, same-site session cookie that expires after eight hours or when you disconnect it.

The product may store limited non-sensitive preferences, such as interface state and recent workspace context, so that OppenMailer remains usable across page loads and returns you to the right workspace state more quickly.

If analytics or diagnostics are enabled, they are limited to product usage, performance, security, and reliability signals needed to improve the service. We do not use workspace contacts, provider keys, or cookie data for unrelated advertising.

Browser settings can block or clear non-essential storage, but doing so may affect sign-in persistence, workspace selection, and saved preferences. Questions about storage practices can be sent to support@oppenmailer.com.
