Terms of Service

OppenMailer is a multi-tenant email operations platform. Workspace owners are responsible for account security, team and agent access, provider credentials, and activity within their workspace unless caused by our breach of these terms. Agent tools are intentionally limited to reviewable, non-launching operations, but you remain responsible for reviewing drafts and revoking access that is no longer needed.

You may use the service only for lawful messaging with appropriate recipient consent. Abuse, malware, phishing, fraudulent sending, deceptive headers, and attempts to undermine deliverability or platform security are prohibited.

Bring-your-own-key AI features use the provider you select and are also governed by that provider's terms. You authorize us to connect to mailboxes you control for the purpose you select. Warmup, authentication checks, inbox placement, and reporting can improve operational visibility but do not guarantee delivery, placement, replies, or business results.

You retain your rights in templates, recipient data, reports, and brand assets you upload. You confirm that you have permission to use that content and grant us the limited permission needed to process, host, transform, and deliver it solely to provide and secure the service. Uploaded logos may be stored and delivered by our media infrastructure provider.

Bachs processes paid checkout and may abstract card, bank, local-currency, US-dollar, or digital-asset payment rails. The active public catalog contains Free, Starter, and Pro plans in NGN or USD on monthly or annual schedules; annual pricing is ten times the applicable monthly price. USD subscriptions may renew automatically where enabled. NGN charges use an OppenMailer-managed invoice and secure Bachs checkout link. An overlay close or client-side success message does not activate a plan or create a receipt; access and receipts require a verified signed settlement event. Failed, expired, reversed, or disputed invoices may require retry or reconciliation. Never email payment credentials; use the secure checkout link or contact support@oppenmailer.com. Cancellation takes effect as shown in the product, normally at the end of the current paid period.

We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, non-payment, security incidents, provider complaints, or legal requests, with commercially reasonable notice where possible. You may revoke integrations at any time and may request workspace deletion subject to lawful retention requirements.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Except where liability cannot be excluded, Zine Digital will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
