Privacy Policy

OppenMailer is operated by Zine Digital. This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect account, billing, and delivery data when you use the platform from Lagos, Nigeria.

Effective and last updated: April 10, 2026

01

Information We Collect

OppenMailer processes account and team details, workspace settings, audience records, templates, campaigns, delivery and inbox events, billing records, integration metadata, and support correspondence required to operate the service. Mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest. Agent connection secrets are shown once and stored only as hashes.

02

How We Use Information

We use this information to authenticate users, send and track email campaigns, secure accounts, prevent abuse, troubleshoot incidents, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations that apply to Zine Digital.

03

AI and Agent Integrations

When you connect an agent, its scoped access is limited to the workspace and actions shown in the integration settings. When you use your own AI provider key, prompts and the workspace content you select may be sent directly to that provider under its terms and privacy policy. Provider keys are encrypted in a short-lived, HttpOnly session cookie and are not written to our application database.

04

Payments, Sharing, and Retention

Checkout and subscription processing is handled by Bachs, which may offer local currency, card, bank, or digital-asset rails. We process payment status, plan, currency, amount, invoice and receipt references, checkout links, settlement dates, reversal or dispute signals, and notification delivery records. We do not receive complete payment credentials. These records are used for billing, fraud prevention, accounting, support, reconciliation, and legally required retention. If external media storage is configured, Cloudinary processes uploaded logo images and associated technical metadata so they can be delivered in templates without keeping image bytes in our application database. We share data only with providers needed for hosting, authentication, delivery, inbox connections, media delivery, AI operations you initiate, payments, security, and support.

05

Security and Connection Controls

Workspace owners and admins can revoke agent tokens, mailbox connections, and AI sessions. We use encryption, least-privilege access, tenant isolation, rate limits, audit records, and secret redaction as appropriate, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

06

Your Choices and Requests

Workspace owners may request access, correction, export, or deletion assistance by contacting support@oppenmailer.com. We will handle requests in line with the laws that apply in Nigeria and any other applicable privacy obligations.
